These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Merchant", or "Subscriber") and MyWebsitess (accessible at mywebsitess.in). By registering an account, purchasing a subscription, or using our digital business profile services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

MyWebsitess operates a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform enabling individuals, retail merchants, wholesalers, and manufacturers to build, publish, and host digital business cards, interactive product catalogues, WhatsApp inquiry tools, and micro-storefronts.

2. User Accounts & Security

• You must be at least 18 years of age or a registered commercial enterprise to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and current business contact details (name, email, phone, address).

3. Pricing, Currency & Payment Terms

• Currency: All SaaS subscription prices on MyWebsitess are displayed and billed in Indian National Rupees (INR / ₹).
• Subscription Plans: Plans (Standard, Premium, Premium Plus) are billed on an annual validity basis.
• Payment Gateway: All payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (PhonePe Business / Razorpay). By initiating a transaction, you authorize our payment gateway partners to securely process the specified transaction amount.
• Digital Delivery: Access to the purchased plan features and admin editor is activated digitally immediately upon payment confirmation (within 0–24 hours).

4. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all trademarks, logos, catalogue product photos, and business descriptions you upload to your profile. You agree not to upload any unlawful, defamatory, misleading, or infringing content. MyWebsitess reserves the right to remove any violating material without notice.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not utilize the platform to host fraudulent offers, counterfeit goods, pyramid schemes, or send unsolicited spam. Any account engaging in deceptive practices will face immediate suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

MyWebsitess provides its software platform on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime, we are not liable for business interruptions caused by internet infrastructure failures, cellular carrier downtime, or external third-party payment gateway outages.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
